Payment Procedures on a container home and/or a raw shipping container product.

The CLIENT will deposit a “holding deposit” in dollars into our companies account in the amount of $500 to hold any raw contianer.
This is a non-refundable deposit.
The CLIENT will then deposit the outstanding amount as listed in the contract in order to release the shipping container. Then the client will be notified on the day of delivery before the shipping container is loaded upon the trailer.
Upon the confirmation of the deposit the trailer will begin it’s transport.
The CLIENT will be responsible for the transportation costs, This money will be deposited in the proper account on the delivery day. Our company guarantees the safe delivery of the clients shipping container.
Our drivers are not permitted to accept cash
The CLIENT must have either a crane or a backhoe with the proper chains to lift the shipping container off the trailer on the day of delivery. This crane/backhoe must be at the destination before the deliver. The CLIENT will be charged for any additional time incurred by the driver for waiting on the removal and installation of the shipping container.

If for any reason the road is impassable due to any poor road conditions and/or sharp impassable turns, then the driver will need to unload the shipping container as close to it’s final destination as possible. Therefore our company and the driver are not legally bonded to an exact physical location. The owner will need to solicit a different temporarily location for the shipping container to be unloaded and then recovered by the CLIENT means

Payment procedures for building a home from shipping containers:
A deposit of 50% is required for us to begin the building of your portable home. Estimated time to completion is between 3-6 weeks (based on the design of the shipping container home) Once the shipping container is purchased, before construction begins, we will put the serial number of the container in a contract along with all the required information to bond us legally to finish the product you ordered. When the container home is complete then the remaining amount of money must be deposited in our account prior to delivery.
Clause:
If any difference, conflict or dispute arises in the connection with the performance, breach, interpretation or any other aspect derived from this agreement, the parties, in accordance with Articles forty-one and forty-three of the Political Constitution, do hereby expressly waive the application of the regular jurisdiction, and agree to resolve the conflict in accordance with the following procedure: The matter or controversy shall be resolved by means of final award, which cannot be appealed, in accordance with the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica, to which provisions the parties subject themselves on an unconditional basis. The term to challenge the award shall be ten days.
