Two 20ft steel shipping container office

Two  20ft steel standard ISO shipping container converted into two offices and storage units.

This project was completed in April 09.

We cut out the holes for the windows and doors and then subcontracted the window work out and installed our own door. This was the first time we had worked with the steel shutters. The idea behind these shipping container shutters was to re-use the steel and to secure the windows.

This type of door we had to make in combination with a local metal shop. Our client requested  a different door be used instead of our standard shipping container "cut out" door.

These two 20ft steel shipping containers were then placed on a flat bed truck and shipped south of Dominical.
