Shipping container home construction and design is fire resistant

In keeping with our desire to reduce environmental impact, are, Shipping container to the extent possible, steel construction and other nonflammable recycled materials.   Fire risk is minimized by the very nature of the construction.  However, as with all structures inhabited by humans, due mainly to the materials used in the furniture and other accommodations, there is always some risk of fire.  For the safety of our customers all Shipping container homes are offered with smoke detectors and, in the event of an emergency, have more than one egress from the home.
